Oh so sweet and yummy.
Ingredients:
½ c. vanilla almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 instant oatmeal pack (I cheat a little and get vanilla instant oatmeal)
½ c. applesauce (unsweetened)
1tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
In your cup add the ingredients in order, close and lock lid and shake till blended. Enjoy
