Serves 2

Lets start with the smoothie part first.


2 medium bananas sliced (frozen)
2 vanilla yogurts (Vegan use Silk)
3 c. mixed frozen berries (get what you like)
½ c. almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant based for our Vegan friends)


Place all ingredients in order to your blender and blend till smooth. Divide the mixture into 2 bowls. Now time to top it off.

Almond slices

If you want to take this on the go, pour into to your shaker cup. I leave the toppings off if I add it to my cup.
