This shake just topped my list of favorites.

Ingredients:

1 c. almond milk (sweetened)
1 c. frozen cherries
1 scoop protein powder (any flavor, plant-based for our Vegan Friends)
1 c. spinach (I use one handful)
ΒΌ c. oats (rolled and not instant)
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until desired consistency. Pour into a large cup and enjoy. So yummy
