I do enjoy my coffee in the morning, but I like to try different ways. This shake is one of my favorites, fast to make and serves 2.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. instant coffee (optional gives more of a coffee flavor)
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. shredded sweetened coconut
2 tbsp. sweetener of choice (agave for our Vegan friends)
1 c. ice
2 scoops Pur-Go Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
