I found this shake very refreshing.  I decided on one of our few hot days here in Washington I would give this a try.  With the ice, it really helped cool down.

Ingredients:

8 oz coconut juice (you can use coconut water as well)
½ cup pineapple juice
banana mashed (mash the banana well, so it mixes easily)
6 Ice cubes (add if you wish)
1 scoop of Pur-Go Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (or plant-based for our Vegan friends)

Directions:

Add ingredients in order, making sure banana is mashed well. Close and lock lid, shake till blended and enjoy.
