French Toast In a Protein Shake? You bet, so yummy!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Fat-free cottage cheese (you will not taste this)
2 tbs sugar-free maple syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
4 packets of your choice of sweetener
¾ cup water (less for thicker, more for thinner)
Ice Cubes to your desire (I like mine with a lot of ice makes it thicker)
1/2 tsp butter extract
1 scoop Pur-Go Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
