Vanilla or Chocolate


¼ c. milk (I used almond milk)
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2 eggs (large)
2 tsp. baking powder
½ c. oats (do not use instant)


In your blender add all the ingredients above and blend until smooth. You may need to add a little more of the almond milk if the batter is to thick.

Add batter to your waffle maker making sure to start in the center.
