This is very simple to make. I made this one this morning and was very surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

Ingredients:

1 c. milk of choice (I used almond milk)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant based for our Vegan Friends)
½ c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ banana (medium size)
1 tsp honey (agave is good for our Vegan Friends)

Directions:

In order add to blender, blend till smooth. Enjoy!
