1/3 c. milk (your choice I used whole milk)
¾ c. cold coffee
4-6 ice cubes
2 tbsp of honey
½ c. tapioca pearls (I buy online)


1. Take the tapioca pearls and cook per the directions on the package. When done cooking take cold water and let the tapioca soak for about 30-40 seconds
2. In a large glass add your ice cubes and coffee. Add the tapioca pearls along with the leftover honey. Take a nice thick straw (boba straws work best) give it a stir and drink right away.
