I was afraid I would taste the kale, but I couldn’t even taste the kale.

Ingredients:

½ c. milk (your choice)
½ c. juice (I used apple)
½ c. pineapple (chunks in water or fresh)
1 medium sized banana
1 scoop protein powder vanilla
1 c. kale
1 ½ c. strawberries (I use frozen most of the time)
1 tbsp. sweetener (I use honey)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy
