Ingredients:
1 c. unsweetened almond milk (cold) I use sweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. maple syrup (make sure to get pure maple syrup, not like you would put on pancakes)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (plant based for our Vegan friends)
5-7 ice cubes
Directions:
In the order above add ingredients to your shaker cup, close and lock lid shake till blended. Enjoy
