This is not only healthy, but it is also very tasty.

Ingredients:

½ c. milk (I used almond)
1 orange (large navel orange)
½ banana (large frozen).
1 c. pineapple (frozen)
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender, blend until desired consistency and enjoy.
