Reminds me of the beach even in the winter.

Ingredients:

½ c. coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)
1 vanilla or coconut yogurt (I have tried both and they are equally delicious)
3 tbsp. coconut flakes
4-6 ice cubes (use as many as you like)
2 c. pineapple (summer time I use fresh in the winter I use canned)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy
