I make this smoothie 2 times a week and I love it.
Ingredients:
1 c. almond milk
3 tbsp. yogurt (plain)
1 medium banana
15 cherries (frozen or fresh)
5 walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
5 ice cubes
1 scoop of Pur-Go Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
