You do not always have to drink your protein.

½ c. agave
½ c. applesauce
¼ c. coconut flour
½ c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 medium egg
¼ c arrowroot
½ c. hot water

Vanilla Frosting:

½ c. almond milk vanilla flavor
½ butter of choice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, adding the hot water at the end. The batter will be thick but runny. Spread protein batter
into a lightly coconut oil greased 11×7 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
2. Make the vanilla frosting by combining the ingredients and mix well.
3. When brownies are cooled spread the frosting evenly.
4. Cut into 16-18 slices. Store in the refrigerator.
