Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake. Well, fall is around the corner again, so I thought I would share with you one of my favorite fall shakes which is also a good Vegan-friendly shake as well.
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup milk low fat (plant-based milk for our vegan friends)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant based for our vegan friends)
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup, honey, agave syrup
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in order into your shaker cup, close and lock lid. Shake till smooth, and enjoy this fall favorite.
