It’s Tasty Tuesday!

Ingredients:

½ pound small salad shrimp
2 large Roma tomatoes (I like vine tomatoes)
½ medium red onion
1 clove garlic
¼ c. cilantro (minced)
¼ c. lime juice (I use fresh lime)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In a medium glass bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
2. Place in fridge for 2 hours to allow the flavors to combine.
