Add a little spice to your morning protein shake!
1 c. almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla/Chocolate protein powder (plant based for our Vegan friends)
½ tsp. extract (almond)
¼ tsp. nutmeg (you can use ½ tsp, to strong if I use 1/2)
1 tsp. cinnamon
In order add the above ingredients to your shaker cup, close and lock lid. Shake till blend is smooth. Enjoy!
