Ingredients:

1 c. milk (almond milk unflavored)
1 medium-size banana (cut in slices)
½ c. oats (rolled)
15 strawberries (frozen)
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 ½ tsp sugar (your choice)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your blender, blend until desired consistency and enjoy.
