I love sugar cookies, you know the ones with the thick creamy icing on them? I don’t like the fat and all the calories, but this shake taste almost just like one. I make this one once a week for sure.

Ingredients:

1 c. vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (I cheat and add a little more)

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. butter extract
Ice (thick shakes more ice, thin shakes less ice)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in your blender, blend till you like the constancy. Enjoy!
